1. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. However, some delicate or large-size plants may only be available for delivery within Karachi due to handling and transit safety concerns.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Karachi usually takes 1–3 working days. For other cities, delivery may take 3–6 working days depending on the destination and courier services.
4. Can I return or exchange a plant?
Returns or exchanges are only available for orders delivered within Karachi, and only if the plant was damaged or incorrect. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours along with clear photo evidence.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered in Karachi for cases involving damaged or incorrect items. There are no refunds for out-of-city orders.
6. Will the plant look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to provide plants that closely match the product images. However, minor variations in size, color, or shape are natural, as each plant is unique.
7. Do your plants come with pots?
Only selected plants come with decorative pots. If a pot is included, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description. Otherwise, pots are sold separately.
8. Can I place a bulk or custom order?
Yes, we accept bulk and customized orders for events, gifting, offices, and landscaping. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email to discuss details.
9. What if I miss the delivery?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or refuse to accept the order, delivery charges will still apply. Repeated refusal may result in blocking COD privileges.
