2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Availability

All plants and accessories listed are subject to availability. We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders or adjust pricing in case of errors.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website only.
• We accept online payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Full payment (except COD) must be made before dispatch.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver all over Pakistan, subject to plant size and fragility. Some delicate or large plants may only be delivered within Karachi.
• Delivery is typically completed within 2–5 working days.
• Delivery charges apply and will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
• Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order.
• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses the parcel, delivery charges will still be applicable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• Once dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted.
• We do not offer refunds on live plants unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
• Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

7. Returns & Replacements

• Returns and replacements are only accepted for orders delivered within Karachi.
• Only wrong or damaged items are eligible for return or replacement.
• Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic proof.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• No returns, replacements, or refunds are offered for orders delivered outside Karachi.
• We do not accept returns based on plant size, natural variations, or personal preferences.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, images, and graphics are property of PlantsnPot and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for plant damage due to improper care, delay in planting, or environmental conditions. Our liability is limited to the product value only.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the website or any part of the service without notice.

12. Governing Law

14. Pricing & Taxes

15. Order Verification & Fraud

All orders are subject to verification. Suspicious or fraudulent orders may be canceled without notice. Repeated COD order rejections may result in blacklisting.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure accurate order information and are responsible for understanding basic plant care. We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery.

17. Product Representation

Photos are for illustration purposes. Actual product may vary slightly in color, size, or shape. Decorative items in images are not included unless stated.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, courier strikes, or internet disruptions.
